Carmel is a member of the Data Acquisition and Linking for Research team, which serves as the Welsh Government’s arm within the ADR Wales partnership. Carmel is responsible for managing the Welsh Government Statistics and Research Data Access Panel and provides leadership for the team’s administrative functions. Since joining the team in 2022 as a business administration apprentice, Carmel has successfully completed her qualification and progressed to the lead administrative role.
