href=\"https:\/\/www.crisis.org.uk\/ending-homelessness\/homelessness-monitor\/the-homelessness-monitor-wales-2025\/\">Mae&#8217;r Monitor Digartrefedd diweddaraf ar gyfer Cymru<\/a>\u00a0a gynhyrchwyd gan yr elusen\u00a0Crisis\u00a0yn adrodd bod tua 12,250 o aelwydydd wedi profi&#8217;r mathau mwyaf difrifol o ddigartrefedd yn 2022, gan gynnwys cysgu ar y stryd a syrffio soffas.\u00a0\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>Felly sut ydym ni&#8217;n atal digartrefedd, gan ei wneud yn brofiad prin, a sicrhau, os bydd yn digwydd, ei fod yn fyr ac nad yw&#8217;n cael ei ailadrodd?\u00a0Y cwestiwn hwn sy&#8217;n sbarduno gwaith maes thematig tai a digartrefedd YDG Cymru.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Drwy wella&#8217;r sail dystiolaeth ar ddigartrefedd, gan gynnwys &#8216;beth sy&#8217;n gweithio&#8217; wrth atal digartrefedd, bydd ein hymchwil yn arwain at bolisi ac arfer digartrefedd mwy effeithiol ac wedi&#8217;i dargedu&#8217;n well.\u00a0Gan fod\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.feantsa.org\/ethos\">digartrefedd yn rhan o&#8217;r profiad ehangach o &#8216;allg\u00e1u\u00a0tai&#8217;<\/a>,\u00a0sy&#8217;n cynnwys sefyllfaoedd byw sy&#8217;n ansicr neu&#8217;n annigonol yn gorfforol, bydd ein hymchwil hefyd yn edrych ar faterion ehangach sy&#8217;n gysylltiedig \u00e2 thai fel\u00a0fforddiadwyedd\u00a0a chyflwr tai.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Drwy gydweithio ag ymarferwyr, llunwyr polisi ac arweinwyr data, ein nod yw sicrhau bod gan ein hymchwil effaith wirioneddol ar draws y sector tai a digartrefedd yng Nghymru.\u00a0Mae ein defnydd o ddata gweinyddol cysylltiedig hefyd yn helpu i lunio sgyrsiau cenedlaethol a rhyngwladol am ddefnyddio data i ddylunio ymyriadau mwy effeithiol i atal digartrefedd ac\u00a0allg\u00e1u\u00a0tai.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"xadd\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-xadd\" class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3>Mae ein blaenoriaethau ymchwil ac ymgysylltu wedi&#8217;u seilio ar wella&#8217;r broses o gasglu a defnyddio data i wneud digartrefedd yn brin, yn fyrhoedlog, ac heb ei ailadrodd yng Nghymru.\u00a0Yn benodol, bydd ein thema yn:\u00a0<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ymgysylltu ag ymarferwyr cymorth tai, llunwyr polisi, a phobl \u00e2 phrofiad personol i nodi bylchau gwybodaeth sy&#8217;n gysylltiedig \u00e2 digartrefedd ac\u00a0allg\u00e1u\u00a0tai yng Nghymru.<\/li>\n<li>Gweithio gyda&#8217;r trydydd sector, llywodraeth leol a chenedlaethol, a sefydliadau cysylltiedig eraill fel cymdeithasau tai i wella casglu data.<\/li>\n<li>Cefnogi sefydliadau i rannu eu data gyda&#8217;r t\u00eem ymchwil drwy Fanc Data SAIL a datblygu ymchwil ar y cyd sy&#8217;n cynhyrchu mewnwelediadau sy&#8217;n seiliedig ar ddata\u2011ac sy&#8217;n llywio eu harferion sefydliadol yn uniongyrchol.<\/li>\n<li>Ymgymryd ag ymchwil sylfaenol sy&#8217;n dyfnhau ein dealltwriaeth o raddfa, achosion a chanlyniadau digartrefedd ac\u00a0allg\u00e1u\u00a0tai i bobl Cymru.<\/li>\n<li>Hyrwyddo defnydd data (a&#8217;i gysylltiad) i werthuso ymyriadau sydd \u00e2&#8217;r nod o atal digartrefedd ac\u00a0allg\u00e1u\u00a0tai.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mae digartrefedd ac\u00a0allg\u00e1u\u00a0tai yn croestorri \u00e2 meysydd eraill o fywydau pobl.\u00a0Felly, byddwn yn cydweithio \u00e2 meysydd ymchwil thematig eraill, fel iechyd ac addysg, lle bo&#8217;n briodol ac yn fuddiol i effaith a chyrhaeddiad ein gwaith.\u00a0Oherwydd\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/research.senedd.wales\/research-articles\/everything-we-don-t-know-about-housing-in-wales\/\">ydiffyg\u00a0data ar dai yng Nghymru<\/a>, mae&#8217;n bosibl y bydd ein hymchwil yn defnyddio data mewn gwledydd datganoledig eraill i gynhyrchu tystiolaeth sy&#8217;n berthnasol i Gymru, gyda&#8217;r potensial i ddefnyddio polisi tai datganoledig i archwilio &#8216;arbrofion digartrefedd, problemau iechyd meddwl, camddefnyddio sylweddau, a dibyniaeth ar alcohol.\u00a0Byddwn yn dilyn carfan o bobl ifanc o&#8217;u pen-blwydd yn\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">16<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">oed, nes iddynt droi&#8217;n 25 oed, i archwilio ar ba oedran y profir anfanteision difrifol, a graddfa eu gorgyffwrdd.<\/span><span o\u00a0Upstream\u00a0(&#8216;Upstream\u00a0Cymru&#8217;).\u00a0Rydym wedi gweithio i wella&#8217;r offeryn sgrinio a ddefnyddir gan\u00a0Upstream\u00a0i gasglu gwybodaeth sydd ei hangen i gefnogi pobl ifanc, yn ogystal \u00e2 dadansoddi data sgrinio\u00a0Upstream\u00a0Cymru i gynhyrchu tystiolaeth ar ddigartrefedd pobl ifanc yng Nghymru.\u00a0<\/span><span hefyd yn archwilio a all data offer sgrinio sy&#8217;n gysylltiedig \u00e2 data gweinyddol arall helpu i werthuso effaith gwasanaethau\u00a0Upstream\u00a0ar ganlyniadau pobl ifanc.<\/span><span Sefydliad Brenhinol Tywysog a Thywysoges Cymru, gyda&#8217;r nod o atal digartrefedd.\u00a0Mae Casnewydd yn un o chwe lleoliad blaenllaw yn y DU lle mae\u00a0Homewards\u00a0yn gweithredu.\u00a0Un maes allweddol y mae\u00a0Homewards\u00a0yn canolbwyntio arno yw harneisio data i yrru newidiadau polisi ac arfer, sef lle mae t\u00eem tai a digartrefedd YDG-Cymru yn cyfrannu.\u00a0Mae Cyngor Dinas Casnewydd wedi rhoi data i d\u00eem YDG-Cymru am y gefnogaeth maen nhw&#8217;n ei darparu i bobl sy&#8217;n profi digartrefedd.\u00a0\u00a0Bydd ein dadansoddiad yn canolbwyntio ar ryngweithiadau
