The call for abstracts for the ADR UK Conference 2025 hosted by ADR Wales is now open.

Taking place in central Cardiff in September 2025, the conference will carry the theme ‘From records to research: Harnessing administrative data to enhance lives’.

Starting with a day of pre-conference workshops on the 16th September, the main two-day conference will take place on the 17th and 18th September. Abstract submissions should relate to the conference theme and its sub-themes, as follows:

  • Data linking and analysis methods, systems and innovations
  • Ethics, governance, public engagement and involvement
  • Research findings and impact
  • Training and capacity building

The conference organisers invite submissions for presentations and workshops using the related guidelines.

Please visit the conference website for more information and links to submit an abstract.

In addition to the main conference, ADR Wales partner Datacise Open Learning will kick off the conference week with a datathon designed to spark innovation between social data and health data on the 15th and 16th September. Titled “Data collision: Where social meets health,” the datathon is looking to create synergies in the research community to find impactful outcomes to real-world challenges.
